Sessions

All sessions are 50 minutes.

Counselling and Therapeutic Coaching sessions are weekly.

Coaching sessions can be weekly, fortnightly or monthly

depending on your preference and session availability

 

 

Fees

Session fees are £65 per session for  coaching, therapeutic coaching,  and counselling.

​

Concessionary rates may be applied subject to availability

​

Signs of improvement

​    Amongst many signs, gradually you may start to notice:

  • a greater sense of wellbeing

  • more regulated emotions

  • increased confidence

  • increased self-worth

  • a 'toolkit' of ways to cope when things are challenging

  • increased optimism for the future

  • greater assertiveness and improved communication
