How I can help
Compassionate, gentle support when everything feels overwhelming
I offer 1:1 support with compassion, understanding, warmth and calm; side by side, we can gently explore. Working at your pace, I will provide a safe space, non-judgmental, inclusive, and individually-tailored support.
As an integrative therapist, I can offer a variety of ways to help you process. If a particular style does not work for you, I will find another way that makes more sense or feels more comfortable.
The Grief and Loss Experience
Grief and loss can leave you feeling as though the world has carried on while yours has suddenly stopped.
You may feel lost, overwhelmed, angry, numb or simply unable to make sense of what has happened. You may be struggling with changes in who you are, your relationships, your confidence or your ability to cope with everyday life.
Therapy options

Counselling
A safe space to understand what’s happening beneath the surface.
Sometimes life becomes too much to untangle on your own.
You may know that you’re struggling, but not really understand why. You may be experiencing grief, anxiety, anger, low mood, overwhelm or changes in how you see yourself and the world around you.
Counselling gives you the time and space to explore those experiences with someone who will listen without judgement.
Available via Zoom in the UK and internationally (excluding residents of US & Canada).

Therapeutic Coaching
When you know you need to move forward — but don’t know where to start.
Loss can turn even ordinary everyday tasks into enormous challenges.
There may be phone calls to make, decisions to take, practical things to organise and a life that somehow needs to keep moving — even when you don’t feel ready.
You may know that you want things to change, but feel completely overwhelmed by where to begin.
Therapeutic coaching combines practical, goal-focused coaching with the empathy, understanding and therapeutic perspective of a trained counsellor.

Walk & Talk Therapy
Sometimes it can feel easier to talk when you’re not sitting face-to-face in a therapy room.
Walk & Talk Therapy offers the opportunity to explore difficult emotions and experiences while being immersed in nature.
The gentle movement and natural surroundings can create a calmer, more relaxed environment, helping you to slow down, breathe and make space for what you’re feeling.
Together, we can walk at your own pace while I provide the same compassionate,
non-judgemental support, helping you begin to untangle some of the thoughts and emotions that may feel overwhelming.

Home Visits
For some people, getting to a therapy appointment can be difficult or simply not practical.
Where you are eligible*, I offer home visits to make face-to-face therapy more accessible for people living with a disability.
Being able to receive support in the familiar surroundings of your own home can provide an additional sense of comfort and ease, allowing us to focus on what matters to you without the added challenge of travelling to an appointment.
* if you are unable to attend a face-to-face appointment due to a disability or frailty
